BOOKING POLICY

• A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to reserve a vehicle for your event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the deposit will be transferred to the new event date.
• Any additional charges incurred during the event, such as additional mileage or time, must be paid at the end of the event.
• We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not paid in full by the due date.
• We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
